Daycare runs Monday to Saturday (lobby hours: Mon–Fri 6am–6pm, Sat 8am–4pm). Sunday is boarding drop-off and pick-up only. Holidays: our lobby is closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. There is no higher holiday pricing, and pups are still playing in the back.

Puppies Welcome
Puppies are welcome once their vaccinations are up to date. Our 5 Day Pre-K9 package is a puppy training intro that costs the same as 5 full days of daycare.
A team member takes your pup into a yard one-on-one, with extra reassurance, love and attention, and then introduces them to playgroups that fit their personality and comfort level. You get free photos and a progress report within the first couple of hours. $20 for up to 5 hours ($5 more for a full day), and free with a daycare package. Know your pup will be safe with us!

Meet & Greet First
Every pup starts with a one-on-one Meet & Greet before joining a group.

Spayed or Neutered
Proof of alteration is required. We require all adult pups to be altered to come to any of our facilities. Puppies are not required but check our policy to understand when your puppy is considered an adult. See the full policy

Current Vaccines
Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella must be up to date, with proof before the visit. We email a reminder before they expire.

Health Check on Arrival
Every dog is checked at the door. Dogs with fleas get a flea bath at the owner's expense.

We expect all our guests to be friendly. An aggressive or disruptive dog may need to be separated or removed for everyone's safety.

Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella must be up to date, and we need proof before the visit. If we already have your records, our system emails you a reminder before they expire. Ask your vet to email you a copy as soon as the shots are done so you can send it to us.
Do I need a reservation for daycare?
Not after your first Meet & Greet. Daycare visits don't need a reservation once your pup has had their Meet & Greet. (Boarding does need a reservation, because it fills up.)
What are your daycare hours?
Our lobby is open Monday to Friday 6am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm. Sunday is boarding drop-off and pick-up only, at 9 to 11am and 2 to 4pm.
Are you open on holidays?
Our lobby is closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We don't charge higher holiday pricing, and pups are still playing in the back.
What does a day at daycare look like?

How do you decide which dogs play together?
By size, temperament and activity level. During the Meet & Greet, a team member spends one-on-one time with your pup in a yard, then introduces them to playgroups based on their personality and comfort level.
What if my dog is shy or doesn't do well in a group?
The Meet & Greet gives every pup extra reassurance and one-on-one attention before joining a group. We do expect all of our guests to show friendly behavior, so a dog who is aggressive or disruptive may need to be separated or removed for everyone's safety.
Do you take puppies?

Can I add a bath to a daycare day?
Yes. Add spa services in the customer portal, tell the front desk at check-in, or text your location.
Is there a discount for more than one dog?
Yes. Each additional pup is $21 for a full day (a full day for the first dog is $23).
What should I bring?
Nothing. We provide everything your dog needs, and we don't allow personal belongings. If your dog needs medication or has special needs, tell us at drop-off. Our staff are trained to give basic medications.
What is the Pet Care Warranty?
