Why It Matters

Day One Is a Big Day for Your Pup

Anytime a dog goes somewhere new, there can be a little, or sometimes a lot, of anxiety. New place. New people. New smells. New friends. Even the most social pups can feel unsure at first. After all, they don’t know if they’re here to play… or if they’re going to get a shot like at the vet.

That’s why we roll out the red carpet. We want your pup to feel safe, loved and confident, so they’re excited to come back when you’re ready.

Questions

Meet & Greet FAQs

Anything we missed? Call 501.404.8862 or text us.

What is a Meet & Greet?
It's your pup's very first visit to Pawsh Park without Mom or Dad. A team member spends one-on-one time with your dog in a yard, then introduces them to other dogs based on their personality and comfort level.
How much does a Meet & Greet cost?
$20 for up to 5 hours, and just $5 more to upgrade to a full day. It's free when you purchase a daycare package.
Do I have to do a Meet & Greet?
Yes. Every dog starts with a Meet & Greet. It helps us learn what your dog needs to feel comfortable, confident and happy, and it's a big part of how we keep every dog safe.
I'm not doing daycare. Do I still need one?
Yes, every dog starts with a Meet & Greet. If you're not doing daycare, ask about your first boarding night free (one dog) with a 3-night minimum stay.
What does my dog need for the Meet & Greet?
Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella must be up to date, with proof before the visit, and we need proof your dog is spayed or neutered. We provide everything else, so there's nothing to pack.
How do I book a Meet & Greet?
Call 501.404.8862, or start from our Get Started steps. In the customer portal, choose Book, then your pup, then Daycare, then Meet & Greet. We review your records and text you to confirm.
When are Meet & Greets offered?
Meet & Greets are offered Monday through Thursday, with limited Friday and Saturday spots.
Will I hear how my dog is doing?
Yes. You get free photos of your pup enjoying their day and a progress report within the first couple of hours.
What if my dog is shy or nervous?
That's exactly what the Meet & Greet is for. If your pup is a little unsure, we keep their group small and calm. We never rush the process or overwhelm them.
Do I need a reservation for daycare after the Meet & Greet?
No. After your first Meet & Greet, daycare visits don't need a reservation. Boarding does, because it fills up.
Can I tour the facility instead?
We don't give tours, because unfamiliar visitors can excite the dogs. The Meet & Greet is your pup's first visit, where your pup spends one-on-one time in a yard with our team and gets to meet some new friends! You're welcome in our lobby. You can see photos on our website and Facebook. Know your pup will be safe with us!
